Where do you ship to?

Our products are available for shipping worldwide if the option is popping up or is to expensive email us so we can try to see other shipping methods.

Pre-Orders

Please note all sales are final once your 24 hour grace cancellation period has passed as all orders for now are pre-orders and are made to order. Between making and shipping it takes about 3-4.5 weeks or longer. If any more or less time is needed you will be notified immediately.

Do you cover any fees associated with customs and or broker fees?

No, we are not responsible for any unexpected fees during or after delivery from us to you. All customs, broker, VAT or any other fees both international and domestic are yours to handle.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

No, orders ship at flat rates depending on sizes and amounts of rugs.

How are International prices calculated?

Shipping prices are calculated by 3rd party real-time rates. What this means is that the shipping price shown is the exact amount it will cost to ship the package through the 3rd party courier option you decide to choose such as FedEx, USPS, or UPS. These prices are based on dimensional weight. Dimensional weight takes into account the account the dimensions of the product(s) and their weight.

How long does Shipping take?

Shipping time will vary depending on location. In the United States, Mexico, and Canada you can expect shipping to take anywhere from 2-14 business days. Overseas shipping will take a little longer, depending on delays, up to 10-12 business days extra. Please keep in mind that weather may delay shipment by a few days.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! You will be sent a tracking number via email so that you can track your order and know when the expected delivery date is. Please allow up to 24-72 hours for tracking numbers to update after placing your order and be sure to double check your email address is correct when ordering to ensure you will receive your tracking number.
